Well, I've been in supervisory positions before where I had more people than that under me, but managing people has never been my favorite thing, you know? I do a decent job at it (preferably when the employees are good!), but I'm more of a task-oriented get-things-done sort of worker. Ah well, maybe it's just a comfort zone thing and I could use a bit more stretching. Hopefully the pay thing will indeed sort itself out!
