I can recall a number of stings as a kid, wasp and bee alike--most often on the bottom of my foot from stepping on one, which is terrible because the foot swells and feels really weird to walk on, like it vibrates every time you step down on it. It's been a while since I got stung by a big wasp, though. A little one got me last year, right around my temple when I walked by a nest I failed to notice on the side of the house. That one just stung a little, though. This one hurt!

Moving everything around is fun! As a kid, every few months I would basically haul everything in my room out into the hall, and then move it all back in from scratch, trying a different arrangement. Fun times! Though I HAD the time for it then, that was the thing!

We really need to paint--the color you see is the same as when we bought the place, and I'd like to go a bit brighter, maybe more of a yellow. The wife says if I'm willing to do the work, knock myself out. One of these days!
