Sorry to hear about your pink eye. I haven't had it in years but it's no fun. And if I'm not mistaken the oaks are probably blooming. I do not miss that at all.

I'm looking forward to hearing about your Canada trip. I think you mentioned you're going to Barrie? I drove past there on the way to my parents' cottage in northern Ontario 2 summers ago and I'll probably be going back that way again. Of course Barrie is pretty much the last civilization there is for hundreds of miles....or so it seems.
