Looks like I got nailed.
Aug. 14th, 2006 04:32 pmOne of the VP's was out for a smoke break and noticed that one of my tires was pretty low. Durn near flat, is more like it. I took a look and didn't see any punctures, but there's gotta be one somewhere. So I'll have to throw on the spare before I head home and see if I can plug the tire when I get home. Now, don't get me wrong, I really don't mind changing a tire from time to time. But why can't this sort of thing happen when it's a balmy 70 degrees outside, instead of 92? Ah well, maybe it'll rain on me. :)
Otherwise.. weekend was good, though we've both been a little sickly so it was mainly recuperative. Too hot to do much else anyway. Isn't it fall yet? Not that fall is really that much cooler. Still, I so look forward to that first cool snap of the autumn, whenever it shows up. I just want some kind of change, darnit! Give me cold, give me hurricanes, just give me *something* besides day after day of sweltering heat and hardly any afternoon thunderstorms!
Okay, back to work for a little bit before I break out the jack and spare.
