On Veteran's Day, PBS aired a little documentary sort of program based on Andrew Carroll's War Letters, a book I mentioned reading months ago. I say documentary, but really it was just images of war and men at war underscoring various celebrities reading from the letters. I was thrilled to hear Kevin Spacey reading a few--he is the king of rock, there is none higher. Other narrators included Edward Norton, Gerald McRaney, Bill Paxton, and Giovanni Ribisi. Good stuff.

Yay, Heather's coming over this evening! And a meny-splendored thing that is. Love that girl quite a bit. :)
