NashVegas, baybee!

Yay, I get to go to Nashville this month! Found out last week that there's an industry conference there later this month, and two guys from our Tampa division were going. They ran it by me because if at least 3 people from my company go, we all get a discount on the registration fee. So I'm all over that! Best part? It's at the Opryland Hotel, and that's where I'm going to try to stay. Very cool! We used to go to that hotel all the time, just to walk around the indoor gardens. Quite impressive. I'll give my camera a good workout on this trip! Only sad part is that it'll be just me--since the Opryland was involved, I wanted Heather and munchkin to come along, but since it was rather short notice there's no good airfares, and Heather doesn't know what she'd do all day while I'm conferencing anyway. Oh well, we'll take a vacation there sometime instead. I love Nashville, though. Have to let my friends there know I'm coming, see if we can meet up for dinner one night!

Other than that, nothing big or exciting going on. Sure is busy at work, though, which is why I've been commenting generally even less than usual. Which is saying something. Back to work, then!
