I know, I know.. I post photos on my Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/rain0975) pretty regularly, but I don't always think to post many here too. I haven't been taking as many lately since it's too freaking hot in this state to get out and about as much as we'd like in the summer. Once the weather cools off a bit we'll do more photo-worthy stuff. :)

Tina Fey really nailed the impression, didn't she? I was talking to someone today about last night's debate, and she said she kept wondering when Palin would break character, until she remembered she was watching the real thing and not SNL. :)

Sheesh, life is truly a snake eating its own tail. Or maybe that's just this election? It all boggles the mind, anyway. But frankly, looking at the current mess between the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the financial meltdown and useless-yet-unbelievably-expensive bailout, I really think the RNC is trying their damnedest to lose this election. Then Obama and a Democratic majority in Congress inherit a mess no one can hope to fix, and the Republicans look like saints for the next 4 years. It sounds like a conspiracy theory, I know, but.. does that mean it isn't true?
